ADCF is a nonprofit organization based in Graford, TX and whose mission is to provide opportunity in areas across the country where there is the need for homeownership purchase assistance, counseling and education. From West Texas to Appalachia, Southeast Urban areas to the Far West rural areas, there are markets that need economic development & lending activities to assist its population. ADCF was founded by a team that would comprise our original membership to provide opportunities for housing, finance, and construction training for families in these markets. Our lending activities will primarily serve low-income communities and people with the vital need to access credit. We partner with hundreds of Credit Unions, serving hundreds of communities in pursuit of common goals. ADCF captures the strength of this Credit Union Network which is the cornerstone of our lending platform capable of delivering over $250M a year to support housing and community development of persistently poor regions across the country. ADCF reinvests its enterprise revenues into mission programming that brings solutions and capital to our core target communities. With major experience in USDA lending programs, development lending, and down payment assistance (DPA) programs, ADCF is thrilled to partner with lenders within the Homeowner Resource Center program, while expanding our opportunities of partnership both within our growing partnership footprint.
